A 1000 SF duplex at the Barn House with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 2 private entrances, private patio. One can see the very north end of Rainbow Lake from the front of the house.
The Ginger Pear is spacious and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. Step out the dining room French doors onto a private deck and flagstone patio. The Aspens in the garden turn brilliant yellow in the Fall. The spacious front lawns are shared. Many of our guests, escaping the heat of the desert, simply enjoy sitting in the shade of the big trees - savoring the cooler temps of a Spring-Summer- Autumn day.
Take a 2 min. stroll to public lake access. Feed the ducks and geese. Fish off the dam or dock. One can rent pontoon boats, kayaks and fishing boats nearby. Bring Croquet, Badminton, Horseshoes or Bean Bag Toss Game - have a family tournament.
HORSE WILL GET VERY SICK IF YOU FEED THEM ANYTHING, so no treats, hay, grass. PLEASE – DO NOT GO INTO PASTURE.
