- Rates are effective March 31, 2015 and are subject to change without notice.
- We require minimum night stays which vary with the seasons, holidays and special event weekends.
- The nightly rent is determined by the greatest number of guests on any one night. No adjustment will be made for late arrivals or early departures by partial members of group.

- Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival and departure dates.
- Cleaning Fee will be added to your rent.
Deposit & Payment Policies
Send a check or money order in US mail a day or two after booking.
Check or cash. Out of state guests – cash only.
- In the event of a large group with multiple families, settle up between yourselves and give us one check. No out of state checks.
- Damage Deposit required at time of final payment on a separate check. 100% of this deposit will be refunded after we clean and providing there is no damage.
- 31 plus days - deposit will be refunded less 10%.
- 30 days or less - deposit is nonrefundable
Summer months (June - August) and Holidays
- 61 plus days - deposit will be refunded less 10%
- 60 days or less - deposit is nonrefundable
- The Cozy Cabin and Ranch are the only rentals that are Pet Friendly.
- 1 – 2 medium size dogs only – up to 60 lbs.
- $20 per night per dog.
- Brush and bathe you pet before you come up.
- You are responsible for all dog hair on furniture and bedding.
- Pet must be current on shots.
- A MUST – we require that Frontline or Advantage (flea & tick protection) is applied to your pets before arrival. This is a preventative measure. We don’t want you to accidentally arrive with a critter nor go home with one.
- Dogs must be on a lead at all times.
- Do not depart and leave your dog behind in the cabin. Your pet must go with you.
- Scoop Poop.
- You are responsible for any damage and or accidents.
